I'm preparing my master degree and i'm working on IFC project. |

My project is to create a program using c# that can extract data (area, measures, quantities,...) from an IFC file 2x2 to an SQL DataBase. |

-I would like to ask you what are the different ways to extract (some) data from an IFC files? |

-There is many IFCEngine.OCX and IFCEngine.DLL components witch i can use on my program, witch one is more appropriate? |

Extracting data fom IFC file 2x2
HI,
I'm preparing my master degree and i'm working on IFC project. My project is to create a program using c# that can extract data (area, measures, quantities,...) from an IFC file 2x2 to an SQL DataBase.
-I would like to ask you what are the different ways to extract (some) data from an IFC files?
-There is many IFCEngine.OCX and IFCEngine.DLL components witch i can use on my program, witch one is more appropriate?
